Anyone got an old snotter surplus to requirements ?

I need something to run some bespoke PLC sw on (w98/2k vintage ) that I can remote desktop to.

Will need to be able to run xp pro.

Not after a freebie, just a cheapie. P3 800, something like that.

I have an old ADVENT 7075 15in screen, 256 ram, 40gb hd, DVD=/-rw. OS Windows XP Home. Intel Celeron 1.50ghz. Some letters worn of keys on keyboard. Cracked case to bottom right of screen, covered with tape. Been around a bit, battered and shows it's age and slowness.

That's the sort of thing, it will just be left hooked up to a generator on a landfill site for remote fettling. How much you after?

As it happened I just this afternoon got a rack mount server for the remote machine, but it's a bit of a beast so I might chuck xp on it and use it as my work desktop.

Just let me know where to drop it off. Or you can pick up.
