Hi,
Im looking for 4 sheets of 15.5mm long, 9.5mm wide, and roughly 4 or 5mm thick foam for a fly box. Im liooking for quality sheets, simelar to the foam off Richard Wheatley fly boxes. Pm me if you can help....Thank you

I got some good quality foam from steve parton (sparton tackle). It came on a big roll & just cut it to size, ready sticky backed.

Are you sure those are the correct dimensions, should they be CM and not MM?

The source mentioned above would be where I would try, or would Wheatley inserts work?
