Default W.J. Cummins, Bishop Auckland

Does anyone have a catalogue from the above dated before 1935/6. If so could they give me the description of the "Unthank" Fly Box [attern B. My catalogue lists A, C and D which suggests there should be a "B". Even better would be a photocopy of the page.

Any help will be acknowledge in the appropriate section of my Richard Wheatley book - if I ever get the thing written. At the moment all I am doing is finding more queries that need answering
