Got to be E Bay. I can see no advantage in trying an auction site.
For one they will charge a sellers fee & more than likely it will be one of the Power Sellers that frequent these sales that pick up the bargains & what do they do.....Sell it on E Bay
Have a look & see if any similar rods are for sale to gauge what price you might expect.
Things to look for are.
Make,Rarity & Condition these three things ditdate the price & indeed what you are liable to get for an item.
If say it was a Fario Club & in pristine condition it will realise far more than if it was in poor condition, with bent or missing rings, need a revarnish or a set in top section that sort of thing.

Cheers, I dont have an e bay account and therefore it may seem dodgy just going straight in with a quite obscure item?

Also im not sure of the rods worth. Did post a while ago about it here
Value of Pezon et Michel rods

Its in good condition but the varnish isn the best it could be.

Default national Vintage Tackle Fair

Why not take it to the National Vintage Tackle fair at the Abbey Sports Centre, Redditch on the 16th May? Many of the Vintage Tackle Dealers are there as is Neil Freeman of Angling Auctions. Go around and ask what they will give you for it (or expect it to make in the case of Neil Freeman). I think it costs a couple of quid to get in but always a good day out.
