Default Old reels and rods - help needed please

Hi all,

My dad was given some reels and rods, by an older friend, a fair few years ago and is now looking at trying to value / sell them so that he can buy some more modern fly fishing equipment in order to further enjoy his favourite hobby. All are in good condition unless stated. I have also attached a pic of the Hardy and Allcock Stanley reels.

Reels

Hardy Uniqua duplicate mark II fly reel - 3 and 3/4 across the widest part.

Ambidex reel

Allcock Stanley

Allcock Kasteasy

Pflueger fly reel - damage to outer coating of handle

Rods

Hardy Palakona Rod - Gold medal - 10 ft - reg 246936, D3194 - 3 piece with a spare end - some varnish oming off due to heat?

Hardy - The Brook - Fly rod - 2 piece - 6ft 10in - with original cover - top joint slightly bent - M Lee and son

11ft split cane - Mordex ideal - coarse fishing - 3 piece - end eye needs re whipping

Combination fly rod - split cane - 5 piece - not sure of make, starts with argu

Split cane 7ft6 boat rod - sea fishing

9ft cane rod - make n.k

Thank you very very much for your time and expertise.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, your photos didn't make it.

Uniqua - needs photo to value

Allcocks Stanley --- ditto - -

Pfleuger - depends on model

Ambidex & Kasteasy - check e bay, not sure on current sales

Hardy Gold Medal - early one, 1923, saleable, subject to how much damage

Hardy, The Brook - don't know that one. Cane?

Other rods, perhaps someone else will chip in.

Not very helpful, sorry, but photos would be a big help

sorry about that.

Seem to be having problems posting pictures - any advice?

The gold medal rod has cracked varnish - dad thinks it is from heat.

Not sure about much other info on the pflueger - other than it looks a bit like a flower on the sides - dad has it at his so I don't have a pic.

If you could suggest / tell me how to post pics then I will be happy to add them so you can see the hardy and allcock stanley.

Really appreciate the help and advice

Default more bits?

Dad has also said that he has some boxed flys he would like to find out the value and possibly sell.
There is an aliminium hardy's box containing salmon flys (the box is about the size of 2 fag packets side by side), and a foster bros box also containing flys (about the size of a fag packet!). Would these be of any interest to you / what are they worth?

Thanks

Default update

Just a quick one to say that I got the measurement of the hardy reel wrong and it is only 3 and 5/16ths at the very widest part - not 3 3/4 as I previously thought?

Does this affect the price? Desireability?

Thank you
