Can someone make a recommendation regarding repairs to a Bogdan 150? Some of the teeth on the gears have sheared.

I have not used him, though have contacted him regarding repairs to a Mohlin and his quote was very reasonable, though you have to factor in shipping to and from the US. He is well regarded in the Classic Reels repair and has many recommendations on Clark's. His name is Bill Archuletta.

It is possible that Stephen Bogdan will service the reel for you. The failed part may well be replaced FOC.

I would write to him at New Ipswich NH. The machinery was moved from 90 year old Stanley Bogdan's Nashua workshop some years ago.

They are just off the Nashua road turning. A very small town (pop 5,000) the postman would surely have found them without any address.
