The Bruce and Walker is a Hexagraph, This was a rod that was going to revolutionise Carbon Fibre (Graphite) rod design by being built to look and feel just like Bamboo. The only thing they have in common is the weight.
It will probably have a value in 50 years as most people got rid pretty quick and it was fairly short lived.

Regards

The B&W is a hexagraph which is a carbon fibre, cane replica nice rod ,bit heavy by todays standards.the rest is nice tackle, not worth a huge amount, the marquis regularly fetch £60-70 on e-bay.but it's nice stuff to use.

You wont go wrong with the marquis , i own some wee ones and the salmon#2 and would not part with them , the Viscount is also Ok ,i use the larger size for resser and seatrouting .
As to the Hexographs , some were just horrid some were good I had a loan of a brook rod from Ken Walker when they first came out but gave it back in exchange for the falkus seatrout special which gets fished from time to time and I like .
The Farnborough was back in the day the rod to have on the lake .
All good stuff in my veiw !

I have a Marquies #7 and a couple of Viscounts. I bought mine on ebay last year sometime (or maybe the year before). Cased with spare spools, I paid £30+, i dont recall the exact amount.

I've not used mine, but as the price was so low i figured i couldnt lose out in the long run.

Get em used
