I have a Hardy 'The Perfection' Palakona regd rod.The number on the nickel reel seat is H15351.I believe this suggests manufacture circa 1969.The rod looks in excellent nick and the ring spacings are spot on.I'm a bit suspicious that it may not be all I would like it to be because it is 7ft 8 inches long.I dont believe they manufactured this model below 8ft.Does anyone have any ideas or info?

Send Hardy an email, they were very helpful when I was enquiring about a Hardy cane rod that I had.
