Default chas farlow 5" brass reel

hi, a few years ago i inherited a chas farlow 5" brass reel in a leather case. i would like to find out some info on the reel. i would like to put up a pic to help with identification but can't seem to do it. any help would be appreciated.

Pictures would be a help, if impossible any writing on the reel and marks numbers ,do look inside the reel for marks and or letters and stamps , whats the ratchet /drag mechanism !!
