I do not know if this would be classed as a collectable but i have a shaespeare reel in black, it is a cassette one and i have had it for 30 years it was made in argetina and the only other thing that is written on it is"567&8 cassette size 2" does anybody know anything about the reel?thank you, and by the way it is still in perfect working order,i would like to find some more cassettes for it.

hello horses, we had a discussion about you reel and although i wouldnt doubt its collectable its a miracle its lasted so long and working,
a value of about £90 to £120 would be what it could fetch at a collectors market depending on condition and any origional packaging or line with it

Thanks for that hobble, like i said it still works a treat and one of the plastic cassettes has still got an original line on it,dark green in colour
