Hi

I have a 1930's Hardy Eureka centrepin and was wondering if this model was ever fitted with a line guide...?

Looking at some photos of the reels 1913 - 1921 there is no line guard and no mention of one. The later model, without the cut away drum 1922 - 1955 doesn't appear to have one either! again no mention is made of one...hope this helps.
