Default Hill Harrison rods

I Have just inherited an old fly rod, split cane, 9ft by messers Hall Harrison of Rugby. whippings are red, nicely finished, just wondered if anyone had any info on its age, useage, the manufacturer, what size line i may be safe to use with it, i'm presuming it was a river rod therefore it may balance with a 5 weight approx. any info greatly received chaps.
