Default Need some help with vintage reel

Just want to get some information on this old reel i got from my pap:

How old is it?
how much is it worth??
Is it a fly reel or a center pin reel(course fishing) ?
Where was it made?

I believe it is of Czech origin & is a coarse fishing reel. A cheepo Eastern Europe worth not a lot. Could be as early as 1950's. Looks in good condition so you might get a few quid for it but the posted photos are pretty poor so hard to say. See them on E Bay on occasion.
Some info
TOKOZ was established by Jaroslav Josef Rousek in 1930 in Czechoslovakia. The company produced small metal goods such as padlocks and then in the 1930s began making fishing reels and other fishing accesories.

In 1948 after the communist takeover of Czechoslovakia the production values were brought under control of the government and production moved away from fishing and concentrated on padlocks.

The company exists to this day still making padlocks.

Could be a sea fishing centrepin. A lot of sea pins had the same type of line guard.
