A W Challenge London cane rod

Hi i was going through rods last night of my late fathers and looked again at a rod that was left to him by my grand uncle and i noticed on the reel holder ring/band the above name engraved. ihave googled and nothing came up any info from anyone here? thanks pat

Are you sure it's not "A W Gamage, London"?

Thanks for that. It could well be the eyes and ferrules look the same particularly the eyes "slanted" likethat must look again with glasses on! cheers pat
