My stepdad has this and is thinking of getting rid of it, anyone know what i could be worth. It has been stamped with TK and has a matching Leather Reel case with red velvet/flocked lining. There are two hairline fractures where the initials were stamped on the spool.

Any info would be welcomed about age etc. Reading the other post I should have taken pictures of the inside, but I never even thought of that. I can do that next time I am down visiting. I have other pictures at diff angles etc.

Contact Roger Still (see his ad in T&S) he will give you an honest appraisal, he will be particularly interested if the reel is in its original boxed leather case. I swapped a Hardy St George in its leather case for a 3 5/8 Perfect reel and two spare spools which I thought was a good deal at the time in the early nineties.
