Default Bruce & Walker rods

Just been given two Bruce & Walker salmon rods, which, unfortunately, have got most of the rod labels missing, but in good usable condition. Both are carbon fibre 14' in length. The first rod is a black finish blank with medium green whippings. It comes in a green velour type B&W rod bag. I have a few B&W rods but have never seen one with green whipping or green bag for that matter.
The second rod, I'm more familiar with, as its the dark green spiral carbon blank with standard burgundy whipping. Both rods have the old "bell handle" reel fitting with single aluminium ring.
What I would like to know, if anyone can help, is the line rating for these two rods and possible models ie. Bruce? Walker? Silver Stream? etc etc.
I have 15' and 13' Bruce & Walker salmon rods, and they are a joy to cast, so would like to give these two a gentle clean and use too.
Regards

The green Velour bag suggests a rather elderly edition,i have an 11.3" 4/5/6 that came in one ,was second hand so have no exact date.Would guess a good twenty five years ago though ,possibly a good bit older,my expert bought in 89 had a blue cloth bag and think the green velour was earlier but could be way of the mark !

Andy my B&W Glass carp rods (excellent bait rods) were all in blue cloth bags and a 12' silver stream (carbon) that I bought new was in the green velour one but no idea of dates both were the burgundy whippings.

A phone call to Brian or Kay at B&W might well give you a better picture.
I sat on the tip of my 11.3" a while back and they managed a replacement tip section quite quickly ,so they do have records of ancient carbons ,and the lovely Kay has been there for a long long time .

I have just found out that the 14' black blank with green whippings & green velour bag, is "The Cairngorm" #9-11 line rating.

Your 15' rod may be "The Bruce" or "Bruce Major", I had a Major in the mid 80's, it was a heavy rod but could handle big fish no bother, it was rated 10/12.
