Just want to konow about the reel ,i cant seem to find out much about it and what i do find dosnt seem to match the reel? also away of quietning the reel abit, it has two paws which really are noisy

Nice bit of kit but is short of a line guide.
You should only have one pawl engaged according to which hand wind you select.

It is quite a late product that Hardy made. Dating from the 1990s. If you call them I am sure that they will help and may have a copy of how to position the pawls in the correct direction for LHW or RHW.

Essentially the two pawls SHOULD NOT look as if the reel is a mirror image of itself when opened.

Nice reel.
Engage just one pawl. The one that gives more resistance when line is being drawn OFF the reel and away you go.

DoctorFly provided the instructions for the disc version but yours is the 'click' version. So you have no fancy adjustable drag options to worry about.

click check Hardy reels dont make a noise, they make a wonderful sound, some would say mechanical symphony, i think there was even a CD out a while back which just played the sounds of various Hardy click check reels (each to his own i suppose)
everyone on the riverbank will know you have a fish on and running with a click check hardy of which the viscounts and non disc drag ultralites must be amongst the last made
just run it with the one pawl engaged as mentioned by other posters, the pawl arrangement looks similar to my jlh golden ultralite model and i just run that with a single pawl engagement
should be a good weekend weatherwise hope you have time to get out on the water and enjoy the reel

For RHW - This I KNOW FOR CERTAIN AS MY JLH ULTRALITE IS SET LIKE IT In your picture the pawl on the LEFT is in the correct position. The pawl on the RIGHT is not. It should be turned so that the curved "back" rests against the spring.
