Napier and Craig rod

Hi all,
Can anyone help with info on this rod?
Labelled as -

NAPIER & CRAIG GLASGOW
The 'Napier'
Handmade in Scotland

It's a 10'6" 2 piece, rated 7-9 weight, and marked as 96% carbon composite.
I would guess it's a Sea Trout rod ?
Never heard of them before and would appreciate any history on the company.
