Default Old cane coarse rod

I have a load of old coarse gear that I "inherited" from my grandfather. There are a couple of whole cane 12 ft ish rods in there, one by Rudge of Redditch, which I can find on google, and another by H Carr of Leeds, which I can't trace. Has anyone heard of this maker, or can you point me in the direction of a specialist forum perhaps?

I would try PurePiscator or Fishing Magic perhaps.
