buying a sharpes 10.6 7-8 belmont anybody got one what do you think also got a shakespeare century XX1 1616/285 length 2.85 AFTMA7-8 l think its queit old can anybody tell me anything about it being fishing for 2 years love it great people cant wait for replys

Hi,

Welcome to the forum! I'm not going to be much help to you, in regards to your question! A #7/8, fly rod would be like a sledgehammer to me! I only fish rivers and streams. There will be some Reservoir anglers along shortly (I'm sure) to give you the answers your looking for.

I'm sure you'll enjoy being a part of the forum community! Great bunch of people on this FlyFishingForum; and always ready to help a fellow angler.
