Daiwa Whisker Kevlar 7-9# Osprey Tournament long distance casting special 9` 9" long, 2 piece

I have owned this rod for years but hardly used it,and its in pristine condition.

The Daiwa Whisker kevlars generally are collectable items in other forms, ie Pike rods etc, so I was wondering whether this rod is collectable and whats is value is likely to be?

Also what would a 7-9# rod be used for ? seems a large casting weight range
