minicooper is on a distinguished road
Smile Glenquicken farm Trout Fishery

Fishing has been tough this past couple of weeks not so much the cold but the very high winds we have been experiencing.
The anglers who have braved the elements have been amply rewarded though with good bags of fish caught mostly on buzzers and bloodworms.
Regular visitors who were sucessful in catching the heaviest fish in the past
month was Stephen Welsh a rainbow of 15 lb, Jimmy Kirkpatrick a rainbow at
13lb 6oz and Roland King a rainbow of 12.2 oz.
With the days getting longer now and hopefully getting a bit warmer it should
encorage hopefully more of a "hatch" higher up in the loch and should lead to
more activity.

LOL and regards.
