I would like to say a few things about this place before people venture over to it!

For £20 All I managed to get was a Three Pools, With the one just about impossible to cast over other than from a small road cutting the two pools in two.

The others were not much better with terrible weed up to 6ft out from the bank side in places, and the last one up to 60% unusable due to very bad weed problems, all in all a very disappointing place and one that I myself and a chap I happened to meet on from Derby will not be fishing again!!

To top this off the Farmer thought it would be a good idea to bring a tractor and heavy duty grass shredder around one half while this other poor chap was trying to fish!!

Please don't make the same mistake and waste your money here, the two small rainbows I caught gave up the ghost seconds after being caught and were put back.

Press Manor is a much better bet within the vicinity and better value for money.
