Been in touch with various people over the last month regarding the proposed work on site which has closed Draycote fishery for this season.
I've been informed Draycote will be open for fly fishing, Easter of next year.
However, the planning application was submitted in June, but only picked up at the beginning of August.Reckon it will be end of September before the go-ahead is given.
Looking at the work proposed,see link,I for one remain skeptical to the assured opening come easter of next year

Personally i'd sooner see Draycote open than Kelly Brooks Tits.....because at least i've got a chance of getting on Draycote...
