Good old Walthy. I haven't been up there much this year so decide to go up there on Wednesday and just wanted to see how it was fishing.

I reached the venue about 2pm and started fishing N0 4 right next to hut. After a few cast noticed that the fishes were feeding right on the top of the water....and so I put on a daddy on the point and a skinny black buzzer as a dropper and BANG ! soon after a cast, I was straight into a fish.

I took two more fish on the same daddy-long-legs that afternoon. wind directions changed about 4pm and so started fish the other bank into No 5 and once again after a few casts hooked an awfully angry and aggressive trout. It fought like mad, managed to force itself into the weed beds, got all tangled up and managed to free itself.

After that, things went pretty quiet, partly because after 5pm, it got really sunny and bright and very warm.......and although I knew I would catch nothing after that, I just stayed on till 8 and decided to come home......of course with a big smile.........Thank you Walthy
