Have you seen the GWFFA site at....?
http://www.gwffa-grafham.co.uk/Hot%20News.htm

Went walking there on Sunday and the only bank anglers I saw were on the jetty in front of the lodge. There were plenty of boats out though.

Smile Grafham

The same old story "unpredictable". Fished Grafham yesterday Friday 23/6/06 A fairly hot day with a little cloud and sunshine. Thought the fish would have been down deep and started off with HID line stripping sparklers along the west bank and the tower, with little success. Tried the bubble bar at the dam, nothing. Came back to G Bouy and cast out again with the sparklers on an inter. line. First cast 3lber. on an olive sparkler. This is in contrast to a few weeks ago when I found fish in the bay between G Bouy and stone jetty. Bagged up again on an intermediate glass line, 15ft flouro leader and a mixture of black buzzers and green diawl bachs on the two droppers, slow fig.8 retreive. Good luck on your next trip.
