Default St Albans Harpenden Redbourn fly fishing trout

I'm building a list of trout and pike fly fishing spots in the St Albans Harpenden Redbourn Redbournbury area for St Albans Harpenden Fly Fishing.

If you know of good spots please let me know.

Regan, As the river Ver (chalk stream) goes through the Redbourn Harpenden St Albans area I guess the best trout fishing is there.

Does Hemel have good trout fly fishing? How about pike of the fly?

I was thinking more of my club the 'Boxmoor Trout Fishery', a small 3 .5 acre water stocked with rainbow, blue & brown trout.
I would be happy to send you more details by e-mail, unfortunately it is not a day ticket water.
Cheers

Default trout fly fishing hotspots

Looks like the fly fishing hot spots in for trout in St Albans, Harpenden and Redbourn are hard to extract from members of this and other fly fishing forums. Well I guess the best trout holes especially on chalk streams are gems most people want to keep to themselves.

The St Albans trout fly fishing hot spots list.
