Default Rutland Water tomorrow Cold NE

Hi All

Taking two mad friends to Rutland tomorrow (one complete beginner) and an other who hasn't fished for a fair few years (trying to convert him back form the bivvy brigade).

Need some suggestions from the bank for the nasty weather predicted. NE/NNE 17mph+winds and about 7dC max (normally i wouldn't go)

Had simular conditions on monday when i was there, tried sheltering near OHB but only 3 fish taken from there all day (i had 2 of them )

Would really like the guy who has never fished before to catch/or at least have one on. Any sugegstions

Kind of my logic as well, i did spend a few hours in the bay near Arnley woods and pulled the usual small brown from there.

Will check it out when i get there.

Cheers
