Manor Farm Fishery Beds any info

Hi guys thinking of going to above fishery tomorrow, i gave them a ring and was informed that although it is open for fly, the trout lake is also open for general course fishing.
Has anyone been in those conditions, if lately what is catching (hopefully dry fly)
