I wish I could see the tail and pecs on the piccy, I know it is a stocked rainbow but it is a real bonny fish not a pellet pig. Well done

Its certainly not an overwintered fish, if it was it would have been a lot leaner than that after a winter in Glencorse.

Hello all,

Just signed up when I saw the post, I had posted the pic and story on WSF fly fishing section which I have been a member of for some time as I've previously been more of a sea angler, chasing bass.

It was a very good day to say the least.

Here's a few other photos to try and show you the tail.

It was fully finned and it fantstic condition, not a mark on it.

Joe

- Can't add pictures for some reason, is this cause I've just joined?

Beauty, well done! Will have to have a day at Glencorse especially as Threipmuir is in such a mess, and it looks like there still isn't a public boat at Gladhouse.
