There is Coltsford Mill at Godstone, not c/r though.I think you possibly went to Posterngate!!!!!.Not been for a few years now, alas the guy let it run to rack and ruin.Doubt if its still a viable proposition these days.

i remember it was on a farm, old hut at top where you park then a yomp accross and down a muddy field , to the one (lake/long pond) ? was shallow, seem to remember a island of some sort in the middle. the main road was visable as less than a few hundred yrds from it . only met 1 angler there who wasnt impressed and none of us saw even the owner ? it was put a tenner in the envolope job , which was cheep then as whole day c/r ,at least 5yrs ago .

Thats Posterngate i'm afraid.I would forget it unless you go and have a look around first.
I last fished it around three years ago i guess and in February and it was full of dead weed and i mean full.Managed to catcgh but a nightmare to fish.Went back around two summers ago to have a look around-walked down and around the whole lake and it was bank to bank weed,no one fishing and the guy never appeared.
Shame as the lake was a nice one and i'm sure that it could be put to rights. The lodge-erh hum shedwas in a really bad state as well.
forget it and try Halliford Mere a much better bet all round.
