Does anyone know the 'opening hours' for Billing Dam, Rawdon?

I was hoping for some evening sessions there, but it was all locked up at about 6.00pm yesterday evening...

Just checked with the owners of Billing Dam, it is open for business but closes when "the sun goes down" or when no one is fishing. Best get there a bit earlier and they will stay open a bit later
