has anyone been to Felindre or is there somewhere else nearby ?

Well, No other suggestions so we went anyway....On Saturday 3rd April....

There was heavy rain in Swansea the previous two days and the Lake was overflowing on to the entry to the car park....

We fished near the inlet pipe on the car park side and had a fantastic half days fishing......

4 Hours......5 Fish of 8lb largest 8lb7oz and numerous takes....Several lost near the net and a couple of broken leaders......Excellent fighting fish.....Even after the night match 9pm to 2:30am the previous night.....

We will definately be back for more.....

Excellent value for money and a higher percentage of bigger fish ended up on the bank than I have seen at some of the big fish waters in the South of England...
