Anyone been to blithefield today(opening day)i understand from a long standing season ticket holder that it was dire few fish caught, black and bad tails any info?

I fished there today, and along with a large number of anglers, ended with a limit. All fish appeared reasonably healthy and fought well to the net.

the two ticket holders i have spoken to said the opposite must have fished a different part to yourself and they apparantly spoke to a lot of anglers who had just ones and two's and blanks

I fished Blithfield today with two friends and had a great day. One of my friends had nine fish, the other three. I finished with fifteen and lost many others. all fish gave a good account of themselves.

Can not wait to go again.

Hi, fish were put in 2 weeks before opening day and are still shoaling it all depends on were you fished. Watery Lane by the bridge had lots of limits. Fish seemed to be in good condition. Cannot say how the North Lake fished.
