Yo Russell
Yep business as usual at the weekend, there's a pic of the big Ferox at the fishery, It was the only one landed in a weeks trolling, one lost to!! Par for the course I'm afraid, they don't give themselves up easily, nearly 20 years i've been dreaming of that fish, sometimes, with a huge slice of luck, dreams can come true! I'll put a full report on tommorow Night, cheers Wullie.

Hi Folks
Well overdue a report, weather taking a distict turn for the better, bit wet this last week mind, but air temps are well up and water temp. on the increase as well, even seen a fair few fish on the top recently and had our 1st one out on the dry last week, well done terry, a nice 4lb plusser on a hopper, a few more missed and lost also on dries, stroll on the longer nights and more dry fly chances, water clarity still good and stalking oppertunities are getting better and better, ask Stupike. Wee stuff really coming into it's own now and Buzzers, P.T nymphs, bloodworm, Diawl bachs and bugs are outfishing lures at the moment, still the ever consitant Rabbit is nailing a few, what is it about this lure that bow's can't resist! Blobs and cats whisker catching also. Must give a big well done to Country Joe, who not content with getting his p.b bow a few weeks back at 7lb, nailed this stunning 7lb plus Brown on a white rabbit, well done mate, and an epic scrap to boot.

Stupike made it look oh so easy again with his wee stuff approach and nailed 20+ Fish in two visits, best 5lb 8oz, A big well done to our Regular Andy on his new p.b Bow of 8lb on our own "big ugly", A lovely 6lb bow and a 4lb Tiger to Brian, never caught the fly there, sorry folks! 3 nice fish landed and a few lost to 1st time visitor Roger, best at 4lb 8oz, well done. And nice to see Father and Daughter Andy and Kate having a ball on Monday 4 landed and god knows how many lost, bloodworm and lures, one in particular really lead andy a merry dance before shedding the hook! Grayling had a similar line stretching experiance when an unseen sub ripped him to the backing twice before weeding him up, bums!! Open 6 days from now on, only closed on a tuesday, dry fly time will soon be on us, I can't wait, hoppers, cdc's, daddies, ginked up crunchers, stroll on!! Best Fishes all, Wilma and Wullie
