Oh, like that is it Typical Rutland thread... all on a need to know basis. Always puzzled me that... anyone would have thought it was in Scotland

I took my son for a days fishing some while ago he was aged nine, some guys above us were knocking em out,he stood it as long as he could then went up to them and asked (what are you getting them on please) the bloke told him wonderloaf, not much of an introduction to rutland water,but we had the last laugh,returning to the car park late on they were struggling with a flat tire spare was flat too ,got a foot pump mate he said,I have I replied,can we borrow it mate, no I said but dont worry its only flat on the bottom
just stuff some wonderloaf into it.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, dont let it put you off, we are not all like that.
