Hi there,looking for some info on Coyle Water.Can anyone tell me if it`s now shut down??Drove past there the other day and noticed the lodge is gone.Someone did tell me it had been burnt down.Wee Joey

Yes it is closed. Yes the lodge did burn down seemingly an electrical fault. I do not know if it is going to reopen in the near future or at all. I know the present owner is trying to sell.

the guy that runs flyfishing.co.uk used to run coyle water a few years ago . maybe he has taken it of his site because he no longer has anything to do with coyle any more . i suspect sour grapes maybe . but i might be wrong . as for it been closed down i haven,t heard anything about that . iam sure some one will let us no if it has ,.

hi there for all of you out there Coyle Water IS open. Yes the cabin has been burnt out but the fishery is still open. So to all who have booked on to the fishery it would be beneficial if all would please contact the owner and confirm that they are going fishing.
It will be in the near future that a new temporary unit is in place

I remember when it was fantastic, the club run it and everyone felt like members even tho we werent. Do you think that will ever happen again . How good would that be eh,those evening rises eh?We can all dream eh.
