Default Wykeham Lakes

All

Went to Wykeham near Scarborough yesterday (Fri) and fished through hail, rain, snow, wind and sunshine. Eventually found a fly they liked, a Black Buzzer I copied from one that Graham Pearson gave me last year. As the fish were quite far out and not within casting distance I put on an indicator and floated out my team of Buzzers on the wind. As soon as they were in the feeding zone down went the indicator and the fish was on.

Black Buzzer with very small orange cheeks was what they wanted but I wouldn't have caught without the indicator!! 8 fish by 3pm was a good day considering the conditions.
