Thumbs up Friday NEWHAYLIE LARGS 19.05pm

Fly fishing has been superb with the weather being on our side at last. From first light this morning it has never really went off the boil no fish showing but being caught all over the loch. With some of the takes being savage and aggressive.
Even as I write this I am watching a cracken bow being landed as we have people taking advantage of the floodlights.
We have certainly had a lot of calls since we became ice free but did not expect night fishing this week. I think i was not the only one with Cabin Fever during the cold snap.
Tight Lines this weekend have a good one.
George.

PS, Mega big thankyou to the ice eaters that got us back up and running and ice free.
