Default Eisteddfa update

Both lakes are now clear of ice, and the new lakeside cabin is up where tea and coffee will be avaliable.

I go there on a regular basis - yesterday some one had 22 fish on black buzzers including an 8 pounder. Today I had a 15 pounder netted by Tom the owner. There are some very fine fish in this fly only, barbless fishery. There are a few browns - there is one around the 4 lb mark - caught him/her a few times now, there are a few blues as well. Well worth a visit if you are in the area ( no, I don't have shares in the lake - but it is very handy for me just down the road and allows me to feel a fish before the sea trout start to run! in other words I appreciate being able to fish this high quality small fishery).
