OK, it's Beds but try Manor Farm near Biggleswade. Fishing it's tits off. One of my friends has had an 8lber and a 9 in successive visits. £17.50 for 2 fish plus C&R.

I had 18 there last week and lost a lump.

Went for an exploratory walk around Santhill fishery (Nr Bourton on the Water) yesterday, and have to admit that the two anglers there seemed to be having a good day. Lots of fish rising at 10 to 30 metres from the bank in what I presume must have been a good hatch of buzzers: however a season ticket holder said anything Orange is currently working well.

I hope to get there for a days fishing next week.
