Default Snypes dam today

just back from fishing the snypes dam at neilston today n what a day, haven't fished it for a few years now. when got there couldn't see 20 yards in front with heavy freezin fog which didn't lift all day.Not that it kept the fish down had 20+ fish five were around the 5lb mark and 1 of about 8lb which took of like a tarpon jumping about 10 times but lost close to the hand, all the fish were by far the best fighting fish i've had all year fish were only 3ft down all taken on cortland blue and small wabbits, the best fishin day for a while great fishery

fished here today with trootnaboot and as a he says we had a great day.when we got there the freezin fog was so bad the brass monkeys were still in bed,but it didnae put the fish off, never caught so many fish that fought like demons, quality fish with spadelike tails.40 odd fish between us and about 8 or 9 5lb plus fish for £8 c&R ticket, money well spent.be back here soon.
