Not managed to fish Tweedale yet, but Alderneuk is my local water,
Fish are all top class, no second grade here.
And you wont find two nicer owners anywhere,
And the loch is situated in lovely scenery.
All fish 3, 4, to 5 pounds and some bigger,
Bows, Tigers, and some Broonies.

i would second this..... and as its to be windy tweedale is wide open alderneuk has some shelter..... give them both a call before you make your mind up.

Default give tweeddale a miss

Good evening ,id recommend that you give tweeddale a miss after the heavy rainfall and strong winds, it is now starting to colour up and might prove to be difficult to catch. Bill taylor
