The area once again was hit with heavy rain once again on monday and although no damage to the fishery it did leave water coloured as would be expected.by wednesday things were all back to normal and fishing once again was back to its best and good catches by anglers containing really top class Blues and rainbows.Best of the Blues went to Doug Ryan with a cracker of 5lb 4ozs and to go with it he had a nother of 7lbs,Willy Simpson had a fish of 7lbs also,Ally Simpson snr had 18 fish with a nice Blue of 4lb 5ozs,Willie Petrie had a 4lb 3oz blue,Bob Alexander of elgin had an 8lb fish,Aaron Lonie had 15 fish with a one of 5lbs,John mcGovern had 22 on indicator and various flies,as did Jim Eddie using same method with 14,Ian Kerr had 15,and Chris Johnstone on the same method had 19 with a bloodworm. Best of the flies have been okey dokeys in lime and white,bloodworms,and black and lime lures.
