Not fished it for several weeks however there's normally no secrets on there, news travels fast.

Ed Foster or his staff will sing like canaries when you buy your ticket, methods, flees and areas will all come apparent very quickly.

Good luck and tightlines!

The Pirate.

Floating line......15ft leader goldhead damsel on point with crunchers on the droppers..

Fish the Dam to Pensioners point (by the boats) and you'll always catch a lot of fish...

Couple of my youth team have been fishing it every week and they say it's still the same

good luck

Just got home from Elinor, spent half the day there with Chickenfish from this forum - giving me some tuition (i'm newbie). Loads of fish around and I caught and landed my first trout!!

We had eight between us, seven of which were1.5 - 2.5lb-ish, but chickenfish landed a lovely 10lb1oz. Be assured there are lots of fish available everyone we spoke to had caight, many had done or close to their bag, one chap had 14.

The fish were all taken quite shallow, generally on lures - black/gold humgus and white/green cats whiskers. Late on when the sun was setting the fish were rising and a few were taken of the surface with dries.

We caught both at the dam end and up the east arm, but fish were rising and jumping everywhere.

They certainly seem to be keeping it well stocked, so that won't be an issue.

Have a good day.

LL

Yep Charlie

Took your (and others) advice regarding Pitsford. I've never seen so much fish activity before.

Phil has been a greaty help - even taught me to back cast today - quite a strong wind onto the dam earlier today.

Sound advice - thanks.
