Went to allandale today, the total loch was flat calm and for the whole day there was not a single riple on the water.

new it was gunna b hard, took a while to get the first of the day, fished a milenium and a blob under the bung

took the milenuim.
i was in a great spot, fish were rising everywhere but how much i and others tried could not get any to take the dry,(although they were cumming to the indicator) missed a few more and got snapped on the blob

.
went round to the other side just after a guy had his second(a fish about 6/7lb

)i went up a few stances from him and got one on the blob. good scrap but real pity that the fish took the blob right down its gub, got it out but the fish turned over, me and another guy spent 5/10 mins trying to revieve the fish but didnt work.(sorry fish

)anyway these things happen sumtimes.....
a guy i no came along to the shop to buy sum flytying stuff, i called him over and i let him fish one of my rods, he put a blck rabbit on an intmediate and within a few casts he had a nice 6lber!! no bad for a couple e casts!!lol
he went away and i moved back round near where i started with my bung(millenium and blob) and missed a few then got one, this was a craker bout 5lb. sum fight really strong fish, this was on a cct pink blob, do many people use these?? dont see them alot.
later after a nother miss and a few nocks and i got another. then i thought i would try fishing buzzers(sumthing iv never really done) so i set with an intermediate and 4 buzzes ranging in size and colour. after a while i got a lovely brownie about 2-2half lb. what a beutiful fish nice wee **** aswell,

this was on the pink buzzer, after that i should of had another but struck a tiny bit too late.

enjoyed today 5 fish no to bad as others really struggled and on the conditions so pleased with todays haul

, every fish had a nice big full tail and fighting fit! specially that 5lber lol
Cheers
