Default Swanswater Fishery

Fished Swanswater today with my club. Its not my ideal fishery but it was a club outing. I have to say it was not to bad, no shoulder to shoulder fishing that i have come to exspect, but i think that had something to do with the weather. Overall the fishing was ok I had 5 fish for 15lbs 2oz , all blues that put up a good fight. All were caught on Buzzers . The owner Allister very pleasant. Good to see that some fisheries do give value for money. But i do admit i would rather have drifting in a boat at the lake of menteith.

Graeme.

Default Swanswater fishery

I used black buzzers with green cheaks and silver rib on a floater just letting it drift round . Fished at the back of the island to get out of the wind. For a good back up some of my club menbers caught fish on green headed damsels and yellow dancers on midge tip lines they also had diawl bachs on the top dropper and a small viva-rainbow warrier type on the middle dropper fishing on the island. Hope that helps you out.

Graeme.
