I would have thought that was obvious.

Reasonably sized loch in a nice location and setting, quality fully fined fish, clean enviroment, no litter, nice regular punters who are willing to give advice and share the fishing, limited rods with no overcrowding, and finaly all at a resaonable price.

If you can tick all those boxes you have won a watch!

Draycote IMHO is the greatest stillwater in the UK - I travelled a 6 hour round trip yesterday just to get one last fix before the season ends. Now if they could just ban anchoring or at least teach people that it is WRONG to pull in front of our drifting boat and drop the anchor 40 yards in front of us then they would be the perfect fishery.

Quality fish and a fishery manager you can trust is what makes a good fishery. Keith at Draycote is a gent. That bloke Robroy at Tal Y Llyn is pretty good as well

And Jim, My mate the butcher brings the best steak pies you've ever tasted with him every time!!

now if such a fishery were to exist it would be run by carslberg and probably be the best fishery in the world.
