Default Linlithgow This Sunday

What's the latest info on Linlithgow Loch? I am there with my club on Sunday and I have heard that it is difficult but I'm sure someone will have the latest info.

Water is heavy with algae, best fly last week in our club outing was a gold/silver humungus on a inter line.the fish are fry feeding.

Dont know how the lochs fishing but on Thursday night the colour of the water was unlike anything ive ever seen. There was an article in the local rag on Friday describing the algae bloom!

Dont want to scare anyone from fishing the loch......two days before it didnt look too bad and was confined to the western corner so hopefully things could swing around again quickly!

Would be interested in any fishing reports.

Does anyone know if the algae has cleared after the winds of the last couple of weeks? Thinking about going sometime next week if it's OK again.
