Default Alderneuk report

Hello all, been another great two weeks at the fishery, lot's of action for the dry fly enthusiast's and plenty for other styles too, beaded nymphs/diawl bachs scoring well, rabbits and fritz's on an intermediate nailed a few as well. Fish taken off the top even during the glorious sunshine of the past few days. Big thankyou to Wileybugger for his report, and well done uncle vic, two 6lb plus bows, our resident big Tiger made an apperance to regular Gordon on a black fritz, at 7lb plus he's an awesome beast, well done mate. Some lovely Brownies out to 3lb 8oz, a lot of bigger bow's showing in catch's lately, here's a couple of Pic's, nice spotty 5lb plusser for Dougie, part of a 14 fish catch to beaded nymphs and rabbits, Dougie managed a 3lb plus Brownie and a 4lb Tiger, as well as another near 6lb bow, another near miss on the "grand slam", if only you had'nt lost that blue Dougie!!

Here's another lovely 5lb plus fish to Ross, a p.b to boot well done sir, on a lure.

And what about this lovely 6lb plus Tiger, Blair nailed this guy off the top on a Daddy, this fish was introduced way back in late May and this is his first capture, top angling Blair!

Talking of "grand slam's", Stevie missed out on a Brownie in a 6 fish catch, including a 6lb plus bow, to be 1st ever to achive this, come on guy's n' gals surely someone with a smidgen of luck can conjure up all 4 species!! Looking forward to seeing all you Forum guys at the end of the month, let's hope the weather man plays fair, till then tight line's and best fishes to all, Wilma and Wullie.

Was fishing last night again here......I had the fishery to myself and fish were rising everywhere. Turned dozens of fish, lost 2 and walked home with a stunning 3lb4oz if i remember correctly. Its a shame the dark nights are here by 8pm as i can only fish Mon to Thurs after 5.....

I think willie should install flood lighting just for me
